Where We Meet, 2018, aluminium armature wire, microscope slides, glass, copper foil tape, solder, personal mementos, found objects. An iteration in my project The Women Who Made Us, an exploration into the women who helped form my identity. This artwork was my response to interviews i conducted with 12 women in my life who’ve meaningfully influenced my identity. This piece brings together curios, significant objects and images to create a dynamic archive.
